Burgeoning football league the XFL has completed a deal with Kinduct to become the league’s official athlete management system.
The league-wide partnership means all eight XFL teams will now use Kinduct’s Athlete Management System (AMS) platform to collect and consolidate data related to all players’ health, injury history and performance.
Travis McDonough, CEO of Kinduct, said. “We’re ecstatic to be working with the XFL. They’re taking an innovative stance on league-wide injury and performance data collection.
“This is a landmark deal for athlete health and wellness, and we couldn’t be happier to be in a partnership with the XFL.”
In April 2019, the XFL held its X Lab technology testing event where Kinduct showcased its technology alongside 20 other competitors in the athlete management and performance space. They were selected over vendors such as Kitman Labs, Catapult Sports, Fusion Sports and Edge10.
Kinduct’s XFL deal follows on from an earlier announcement that they have signed Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise Baltimore Orioles who will also be using Kinduct’s AMS platform.
